About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administration Lead to join our team at Kyndryl. As a key member of our database administration team, you will be responsible for managing and administering the physical and technical aspects of our database systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and maintenance of database systems
  • Installation of upgrades and patches
  • Performance and capacity monitoring/management
  • Security compliance
  • Propose and implement enhancements to improve system performance and reliability
  • Interact with clients to understand and meet requirements for database products
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in Database Administration
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Extensive knowledge in Data Modeling, MySQL, and Relational Database Management
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills
  • Communication and presentation skills
