Job Summary
As a Nurse Practitioner with ReNew Wound Care, you will be responsible for providing advanced wound care services to patients in skilled nursing facilities. You will conduct thorough assessments of patient wounds, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement advanced wound care techniques.
Key Responsibilities
- Assessment and Treatment: Conduct thorough assessments of patient wounds and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement advanced wound care techniques, including debridement, dressing selection, skin grafts, and infection control measures.
- Collaboration with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and provide updates on patient progress.
- Travel Schedule: Manage a travel schedule to visit multiple skilled nursing facilities on a regular basis.
- Efficient Care Delivery: Ensure timely and efficient care delivery.
Requirements
- Valid License as a NP.
- Minimum of 1 year's experience in advanced wound care is highly preferred.
- Certification in wound care (e.g., CWOCN, CWS, WCC, WOCN) is a plus.
- Ability to travel to multiple locations.
