Job Title: Licensed Clinician

Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinician to join our team. As a Licensed Clinician, you will be responsible for providing clinical oversight to individuals diagnosed with mental health and/or substance abuse and/or behavioral conditions.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct assessments to evaluate mental health and/or substance abuse and/or behavioral conditions.
  • Develop individualized treatment plans to fit the needs of each patient.
  • Provide individual, family, and group counseling using evidence-based practices.
  • Coordinate patient care with primary care, other specialty providers, schools, and families.
  • Ensure patient rights are protected and provided with appropriate interventions.
  • Participate in Departmental activities to ensure high-quality care.
  • Maintain progress notes and other documentation.
  • Advocate for the needs of individuals in team discussions and communications.
Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in a human services field.
  • At least 1 year of experience working with outside treatment providers and mental health professionals.
  • Licensure as an LMSW, LCSW, or LMHC required.
Work Environment:

This role is performed in-person, with some travel required based on case load.

Physical Requirements:
  • Sit, walk, and stand for prolonged periods.
  • Effectively communicate verbally and in writing.
  • Operate standard office equipment.
  • Reach with hands and arms.
  • Might be required to move and/or lift light items.
