We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses and developing effective treatment plans.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate patients' needs for physical therapy and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide high-quality care and treatment to patients based on physician care plans and professional standards
  • Instruct family members, PTA's, and other caregivers in physical therapy techniques
Requirements
  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of New York or eligible
  • First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications
