- Student Evaluation: Oversee the evaluation of students during campus skills and simulation activities, using data to inform instruction.
- Professional Growth: Pursue ongoing professional development to enhance expertise in simulation education and related technologies.
- Laboratory Operation: Supervise the daily operation of the simulation lab, ensuring it remains a productive and safe environment for students and faculty.
- Technical Support: Troubleshoot issues with the simulation camera system and software to minimize downtime.
- Reporting and Planning: Prepare and submit regular reports on simulation activities, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making processes.
