About the Role
The VCU Division of Hospital Medicine is seeking a talented Clinical Educator to join our team. As a key member of our division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs for students and residents, as well as teaching and mentoring individuals at all levels. You will also have the opportunity to participate in clinical and administrative research, and work closely with other members of the inter-professional team to ensure seamless patient care.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing educational programs for students and residents; Teaching and mentoring individuals at all levels; Participating in clinical and administrative research; Working closely with other members of the inter-professional team to ensure seamless patient care;

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess a strong background in internal medicine, including experience teaching and mentoring individuals at all levels. You should also have a solid understanding of the hospitalist role and function, as well as a commitment to growth in an academic setting. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively with other members of the inter-professional team and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
