Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our clinical teams, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and preparing correspondence.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate completion of administrative tasks, including change requisitions, treatment logs, and patient charts.
  • Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments, providing a high level of customer service and support.
  • Collaborate with our clinical teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
