Employment Support Specialist 3 - Full Time

Location:
Pittsfield, MA

Compensation:
$21.38 per hour

Work Schedule:
40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Role Summary:
This position is responsible for developing and maintaining employment relationships between clients and local employers, facilitating access to various employment, training, and educational opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide vocational guidance and support
- Engage in job development and placement activities
- Educate employers about the benefits of hiring individuals with disabilities
- Maintain positive customer relations
- Candidates with experience in job coaching, career counseling, direct care, and recovery are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED with 2-3 years of relevant experience
- Experience working with mental health populations is preferred
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Essential Requirements:
- Proficiency in data entry and use of accounting software, including Microsoft Excel and Word
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
