Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the store manager in decision-making processes and day-to-day operations

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure stock availability
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Conduct wireless sales transactions and promote additional products and services
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role (at least 1 year)
  • Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and the ability to negotiate effectively
  • Knowledge of wireless sales processes and techniques
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in training development and team management
  • Familiarity with budgeting and financial management principles
  • Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

Work Schedule:
Sunday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, Monday-Thursday: 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Total of 5 scheduled days per week; must be available to work morning or evening shifts, based on need of the General Manager. Candidate must have a vehicle to drive to and from work. Pay is $15/hour, with opportunity for advancement and raises based on performance.
