About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Traveling Superintendent to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Provide daily on-site project management, responsible for all aspects of the project, including negotiating trade and vendor pricing, determining site resources, and planning construction operations.
  • Client Communication: Communicate with clients daily, providing project progress reports, photographs, and answering their questions.
  • Quality and Safety: Ensure adherence to all health and safety standards on the job site, strive for no-defect, no schedule delay construction, and communicate quality and performance standards to all trade contractors and vendors.
  • Team Management: Supervise the work of each project on-site, provide guidance as needed, and award all trade contracts and allocate their responsibilities.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in construction, preferably in light industrial, multistory storage facility, and precast projects.
  • Ground up experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, FastTrack, and other software platforms.
  • OSHA certified.
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Carpentry background preferred.
