About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an IV Clinical Sales Liaison. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in collaborating with physicians, case managers, and referral sources to facilitate patient discharge and coordination of care.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify opportunities for growth and expansion of our infusion services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, including physicians, social workers, and discharge planners.
  • Conduct initial infusion set-ups and provide patient/caregiver education on our therapy services at bedside.
  • Assure documentation of assessment, interventions, and planning meet organizational timelines and standards.
  • Report patient care problems to management and/or physicians in a timely manner, with possible solutions.
  • Provide clinical reports to transition patients home for case management by a Home Infusion team.
  • Ensure compliance with physician orders and documentation reflects compliance.
  • Utilize strong written and verbal communication and customer service skills to interact with key partners and patients.
  • Work in a rapidly changing environment, requiring multi-tasking, critical thinking, and creative problem-solving.
Requirements
  • Associate's of Science in Nursing degree.
  • Minimum of two years of RN experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a sales/marketing/liaison role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
  • Minimum of four years of RN experience.
  • Minimum of four years of experience in a healthcare sales/marketing/liaison role.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (G-Mail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Licenses and Certifications
  • NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License.
  • Valid Driver's License from a USA state.
