Job Highlights
We are currently offering a competitive signing bonus of $1500 for qualified candidates, distributed after a three-month review period. This position guarantees year-round employment with no seasonal layoffs, ensuring stability and growth.
Compensation
The starting pay for this role is $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for overtime. You can expect to earn approximately $45,000 in your first year, with potential for increases as you develop your skills and expertise.
Responsibilities
As a Pest Control Technician, you will:
- Serve as the primary representative of our company, focusing on exceeding customer expectations.
- Arrive punctually at client locations, prepared to address their pest management needs.
- Deliver exceptional service, whether performing routine maintenance or resolving complex pest issues.
- Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- Keep your equipment and vehicle in optimal condition to ensure efficient service delivery.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- The ability to pass drug and background checks.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable attitude.
- The physical capability to perform job-related tasks, including kneeling and crawling.
- The ability to work in various temperature conditions, including attics and crawl spaces.
Work Schedule
This full-time position typically requires 40 hours of work per week, with a standard schedule from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, and occasional Saturdays during peak seasons.
