Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

At Ingram Content Group, we are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our Manufacturing team in Chambersburg, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising and performing maintenance and repairs of mobile equipment and fixed assets in our Distribution Center.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and perform maintenance and repairs of mobile equipment and fixed assets
  • Lead facility maintenance team members in the performance of predictive, preventative, and breakdown repair maintenance tasks
  • Assist the Maintenance Manager in developing and delivering training to advance associates' skillsets in meeting maintenance objectives
  • Ensure spare parts and consumables inventory are maintained as readily available to respond to maintenance needs
Requirements:
  • Technical degree from a vocational school or college with a focus in the Mechanical or Electrical field or equivalent combination of education and/or experience with high school diploma/GED
  • 5 years in a facility maintenance position, with 2 years in electrical repair
  • 2 years of conveyor maintenance and repair experience
  • 2 years in a maintenance supervisory or lead position
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background experience in continuous improvement
  • Experience with Lockout/Tagout procedures
  • Experience in a leadership role with proven abilities in motivating and leading teams towards goals while remaining interactive and engaging with team members day to day
What You'll Do:
  • Provide advanced troubleshooting and repair for production equipment in an industrial setting
  • Contract vendors to perform contractual repairs and periodic maintenance
  • Provide predictive and preventative maintenance, cost controls, reports, and replacement recommendations for parts and systems on equipment
  • Understand maintenance management systems and processes
Essential Physical Demands:
  • Ability to work 8-12 hour shifts
  • Ability to stand and/or walk continuously during the assigned shift
  • Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 100lbs during the assigned shift
