Role Overview

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a detail-oriented Order Entry Representative to process customer orders efficiently and effectively. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and provide exceptional customer service.

About the Position

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Entering customer orders into our system, accurately interpreting product specifications and researching drawings as needed
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, discrepancies, conflicts, or inquiries related to product specifications, pricing, and delivery times
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve order-related issues and ensure timely fulfillment
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Mathematical proficiency, including Basic Geometry and Algebra
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
