Key Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, showcasing expertise in menu development and culinary innovation.
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations and compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with a strong sense of initiative.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
- Effectively lead, mentor, and train kitchen staff to ensure high-quality food production for all dining services and events, with a focus on timing, portion control, and hygiene standards.
- Oversee scheduling, performance evaluations, and management of all kitchen personnel, including maintenance of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas.
- Ensure adequate inventory levels of all necessary supplies and equipment for kitchen operations.
