Job Title: Monitoring, Evaluation, Research

Save the Children is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Monitoring, Evaluation, Research (MER) specialist. As a key member of our global health programs, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our initiatives by providing high-quality data analysis, research, and evaluation support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the MER team in data analysis, document summaries, operational guidance, and technical writing related to data use and adaptive management for the USAID-funded MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership Project.
  • Assist in the creation of protocols, tools, and other materials for submission to IRBs, including work with country teams for adapting these tools to country contexts as required.
  • Draft reports, blogs, and briefs as needed to highlight the research and technical learnings from the MOMENTUM Country and Global Leadership Project.
Requirements:
  • Must be an actively enrolled Associate, Bachelor, Master, or other post-high school education program, or have graduated within 6 months of program start date.
  • Professional proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Professional proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate with individuals and teams.
  • Possess strong written skills, solid interpersonal skills, and ability to work within a team.
  • Able to handle confidential and proprietary information appropriately and with discretion.
  • Demonstrated commitment to fostering an environment of diversity, inclusion, and belonging.
