Job Overview
We are seeking an Energy Incentives Coordinator to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a key member of our Energy Incentives division, you will play a crucial role in coordinating site visits for professional engineers. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a dynamic personality. You will work closely with various departments to ensure seamless coordination and successful site visits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site visits for professional engineers, ensuring all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Review construction documents to ensure engineers have all necessary information prior to site visits.
  • Collaborate with the government relations team to support relationships with building owners.
  • Serve as a liaison between the engineering team and government relations team to ensure effective communication and coordination.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and efficiency in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree Required
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience (sales experience not required)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including demonstrated experience with C-level executives or business owners.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and quickly develop trust.
  • Ability to articulate and relay information effectively and efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High sense of urgency with the ability to meet deadlines
  • Reside or open to relocate to Houston, Texas

Compensation PackageAt alliantgroup, we value and invest in our professionals. We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
