Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Xfinity Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling Comcast's products and services to individual customers and multiple dwelling units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Comcast's products and services, including video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
  • Sales and Marketing: Utilize advanced sales techniques to promote and sell Comcast's products and services to individual customers and multiple dwelling units.
  • Territory Management: Create and execute effective turf management plans to maximize sales and effectively work assigned territories.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Results-Oriented: Meet and exceed sales goals and targets, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in a residential canvassing sales environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and people skills, as well as strong customer service skills.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to walk and/or travel door-to-door for considerable distances in all types of weather conditions.

  • Total Target Compensation: $44,000.00 (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission).
