Framing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Framing Specialist to join our team at Michaels Inc. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, creating memorable framing solutions, and maintaining a safe and clean store environment.

• Build strong relationships with customers to understand their framing needs and provide personalized solutions
• Operate framing equipment and glass cutters to create high-quality framing solutions
• Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store environment, including the ready-made frame department and other assigned areas
• Provide excellent customer service, including helping customers shop and find products, and resolving any issues or concerns
• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Company programs to ensure compliance and quality

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutters
• Physical ability to move throughout the store, lift heavy boxes and frames, and access high shelves
