About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Inpatient Psychiatrist to join our team at Mindoula Health Inc. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality psychiatric care to patients in our inpatient settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, including interviews, medical histories, physical exams, and psychological testing.
  • Analyze data and results of assessments to diagnose patients and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Prescribe and administer medications as needed, monitoring patients for efficacy and potential side effects.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
  • Provide crisis intervention and support to patients and their families.
  • Document patient care and treatment plans in a timely and accurate manner.
Requirements
  • Board certification or eligibility in psychiatry.
  • Ability to obtain licensure in Maryland, DC, Virginia, or other geographies.
