Geriatric Psychiatrist

We are seeking a highly skilled Geriatric Psychiatrist to join our team at UMass Memorial Health Care. As a leading provider of psychiatric services in central Massachusetts, we offer a unique opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.

About the Role:

• Deliver comprehensive, clinically effective psychiatric care to geriatric patients on the inpatient setting
• Conduct admission assessments, diagnostic formulation, medication management, treatment planning, and discharge of patients
• Model collaborative practice by fostering a culture of trust, respect, and fairness to all stakeholders and clinical staff
• Participate in weekday evening and weekend shifts, with optional additional compensation

Qualifications:

• Must hold a MD or DO degree and qualify for a Massachusetts license
• Be board certified or board eligible
