Job Responsibilities:

- Develop methodologies to achieve quality benchmarks.
- Lead technology initiatives and strategic planning efforts.
- Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for operational efficiency enhancements.
Required Qualifications:
- A minimum of four years of relevant industry experience.
- Comprehensive understanding of optimization systems and associated software.
- Proficient in troubleshooting PLCs and automation technologies.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office and general computer troubleshooting.
- Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
Work Environment: The role involves working in a professional office, log yards, and sawmill environments, with exposure to machinery and varying temperatures.
Position Type: Full-time position with potential travel requirements and physical demands including lifting and standing.
Compensation: Salary range of $85,500 - $105,000 annually.
