About the Role

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate therapist to join our team. In this part-time, contract position, you'll have the flexibility to work remotely from wherever you're most comfortable while making a meaningful impact in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional teletherapy services to clients aged 13-25 using evidence-based practices like cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy
  • Work collaboratively with our clinical leadership team to ensure high-quality care and stay up-to-date with best practices
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and community partners
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A valid license to practice as a therapist in Washington State
  • Experience working with adolescents and young adults, preferably in areas such as disordered eating, OCD, suicidality, and co-occurring conditions
  • Liability insurance coverage of at least $1 million per case/$3 million aggregate
  • A reliable internet connection and a dependable computer for seamless teletherapy

Location and Schedule

This role is based remotely, with the option to work from Bellevue, WA (preferred) or another location of your choice. You'll have the flexibility to choose your own hours within a range of 1-15 hours per week.
