- Conduct annual compliance training sessions

- Flexibility to work various shifts to provide training as required
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Capable of delivering training material in both individual and group settings
- Skilled in conducting Internet research
- Ability to follow detailed instructions
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal

- Ability to complete tasks and projects within specified deadlines

The employee must regularly sit, use hands for handling tasks, reach with arms, and communicate verbally. Occasionally, the employee may need to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. Vision requirements include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. The role requires physical capability to navigate the factory floor and endure exposure to loud environments, particularly during on-the-job training.

COMPENSATION
Target pay is $25+/hour based on experience
