Job Summary

The Host role is a critical position in our healthcare team, responsible for providing exceptional member service experiences. As a Host, you will be the first point of contact for our members, handling check-ins, and demonstrating a deep understanding of self-insured employer health insurance benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome and interact with members in a professional and hospitable manner.
  • Assist with member check-in, including basic understanding of benefit eligibility files and clinic workflows.
  • Process transactions required to begin or complete visits.
  • Engage with members through phone calls, scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and following up on member needs.
  • Collaborate with providers and staff to deliver seamless patient-centered care experiences.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year of experience in a customer service position.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Excellent computer skills and familiarity with Apple products or client-branded Windows products.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a collaborative care team environment.
  • Proven organizational skills and high level of ownership, accountability, and initiative.
  • Experience with multitasking, issue resolution, and conflict management.
Physical Job Requirements
  • Requires standing, walking, and sitting for extended periods.
  • Occasionally required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Manual and finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
