Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee environmental field testing, including waste water and storm water sampling, Hazardous and Non-Hazardous waste management oversight.

  • Lead regional HES waste and industrial storm water compliance teams.
Requirements

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

  • Bachelor's degree is required. A degree in Environmental Science; Physical Science; Chemical or Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in the environmental multimedia, environment. Overall understanding of terminal, pipeline, and refinery operations and applicable regulations.
  • Knowledge of Hazardous & Non Hazardous Waste, RCRA Waste, Industrial Wastewater, Industrial Storm Water Permitting and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
Working Conditions

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

  • Lifting up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
  • Driving, walking, and standing frequently.
  • Exposure to adverse weather, cramped conditions and some heavy lifting.
  • Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
  • Occasional overnight travel may be required.

This role has a current pay range of $125,000 - $148,000. The listed pay range represents the company's good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base rate of pay for this position at the time of this posting. The selected candidate's compensation will be determined based on their work location, qualifications, relevant experience, operational needs, demonstrated performance over time, and internal pay alignment.
