Job Description
The Sous Chef will be responsible for assisting the Executive Chef in the direction and oversight of all culinary operations, including preparation and production of hotel meals, food quality and presentation, compliance with all safety and sanitation standards, team member productivity and performance, implementation of policies and procedures, cost controls, and overall profitability.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist the Executive Chef in overseeing all culinary operations
• Prepare and produce hotel meals
• Maintain food quality and presentation
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor team member productivity and performance
• Implement policies and procedures
• Conduct cost controls and ensure overall profitability

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must possess strong leadership skills, solid communication skills, and a genuine spirit to serve. A passion for all things culinary and high-end Italian cuisine knowledge are preferred. Shift Pattern: Full-Time/Full availability is needed including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
