About the Role:- Lead and develop a team of associates to deliver exceptional client experiences and achieve business objectives.
- Partner with the District General Manager to create and implement office-level growth plans and client growth targets.
- Manage office staffing, operations, and logistics for multiple offices, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality results.
- Collaborate with the Associate Relations Center to resolve associate issues and address performance concerns.
- Travel between offices as required to ensure effective leadership and support.
