At Quietflex Manufacturing Co LP, we are committed to excellence in our manufacturing processes. We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer who will drive continuous improvement and contribute to the success of our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong lean manufacturing knowledge and experience in identifying opportunities for cost reduction, quality improvement, and workflow optimization. They will be responsible for establishing and executing action plans, collaborating with design engineers to revise and sustain product designs, and providing technical resources to project teams.

This is a challenging role that requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of our cross-functional team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the manufacturing process
  • Collaborate with design engineers to revise and sustain product designs
  • Provide technical resources to project teams to ensure successful product launches
  • Develop and manage project schedules related to existing product launches or design modifications
  • Coordinate internal and external projects to ensure timely completion within budget
  • Participate in additional projects to support ongoing business needs

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in manufacturing process engineering or related field
  • Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and practices
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
