Job Title: Clinical Supervisor

Intercare Therapy is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Supervisor to join our team. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to our clinical team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral therapies to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical supervision to our clinical team, ensuring adherence to BACB standards and best practices.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients, including functional behavioral assessments and skill assessments.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback to team members on their performance and progress.
  • Collaborate with school personnel to develop and implement behavioral interventions and provide training to teachers and other staff members.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping, including performance management metrics and client progress reports.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, or a related field).
  • BCBA certification.
  • Strong ABA and clinical skills, with experience in behavioral therapy and supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong customer service orientation.
