Responsibilities:
Utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
Initiate the plan of care and request revisions as necessary
Incorporate therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions based on patient diagnosis and established goals
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor their effectiveness
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices
Current Health Certificate
Current PPD or Chest X-Ray
Current BLS card
One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred
