Position Overview: The role involves the development of a quality control tool for stain colorization within the HSQm project. This includes tasks such as cell detection, region segmentation, and quantitative assessment of colorization quality, alongside the creation of an intuitive user interface.

Research Responsibilities: Engage in the WBC differential area to investigate, test, and assess various algorithms tailored for atypical patient scenarios.

Algorithm Development: Construct a comprehensive algorithm testing framework that can be utilized by both the algorithm group and the system integration/verification teams.

Collaboration: Work alongside colleagues to research and refine algorithms aimed at enhancing performance for PLT and MCV algorithms, utilizing expertise in statistics, signal/image processing, image segmentation, and computer vision programming across MATLAB, C/C++/C#, and Java.

Qualifications: Candidates should possess educational credentials and relevant work experience as defined by engineering institutions, employers, and licensing bodies across various engineering disciplines, including Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Chemical, and Quality Engineering. Entry-level to 3 years of experience is preferred.

Additional Information: Candidates with a background in the medical device industry are highly sought after.
