Key Responsibilities- Facilities Maintenance: Provide general building/facility systems maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Service Call Management: Prioritize and manage service calls, ensuring timely completion and follow-up under the direction of the facility supervisor.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and completion of tasks, maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Construction and Maintenance: Perform minor construction projects and preventive maintenance on building systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Inspections and Reporting: Inspect buildings, grounds, and equipment for unsafe or malfunctioning conditions, reporting findings and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock and inventory control, ensuring that necessary materials and supplies are available when needed.
- Leadership and Training: Act as a lead for multi-technician markets or work unsupervised in single-technician markets, providing structured training sessions to other technicians as required.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in building maintenance or 5+ years of experience with a technical school degree.
- Driver's License: Proven current driver's license in the applicable state.
- Transportation: Proven access to reliable transportation.
- Customer Service: Proven excellent customer service skills.
- Computer Literacy: Proven basic computer literacy skills.
- Work Prioritization: Demonstrated ability to prioritize and organize various work orders.
- Flexibility: Demonstrated ability and willingness to work irregular work hours on occasion.
- Medical Experience: 5+ years of related experience in a medical setting.
