- Guest Interaction: Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance with luggage and other needs as required.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the hotel shuttle is properly maintained, adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.
- Communication: Utilize hotel communication devices to effectively communicate with guests and other staff members.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with the Front Desk and other departments to ensure seamless guest check-ins and other services.
- Valid CDL License: Possess a valid Illinois Commercial Driver's License (CDL).
- Language Skills: Speak, read, write, and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
- Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with guests and staff.
- Physical Demands: Be able to lift up to 100 pounds and push/pull a cart weighing up to 350 pounds.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
