About the Role:

  • Serve as the client's primary point of contact for all employee benefits-related matters.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client's group health portfolio and other ADP services.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and ADP, collaborating with other business partners to ensure seamless communication.
  • Provide proactive, personalized support to clients, acting as their trusted advisor on employee benefits.
  • Manage benefit renewals, Open Enrollment, and quote proposals, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of benefits information.
  • Conduct virtual meetings with clients to review their benefits plans and make recommendations for improvements or changes.
  • Resolve service issues related to enrollments, carrier billing, coverage, and claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, benefits plans, and compliance documentation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of related insurance experience.
  • A Life & Health Insurance Producer License.
  • Bonus points for previous insurance industry experience, especially in brokerage or agency environments, and experience with benefits administration platforms like Ease, Employee Navigator, or Flock.
