Job Title: Paralegal

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal to join our team at World Wrestling Entertainment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing contract support to our legal team, ensuring that all agreements and contracts are properly prepared and executed.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Preparation: Prepare and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Contract Management: Manage and maintain contract databases, trackers, and approval processes to ensure seamless execution of contracts.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the legal team, including calendar maintenance, copying, filing, and phone coverage.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other paralegals and legal team members to support the broader legal team in a team-centric approach.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Paralegal/Legal Administrator in a corporate legal department or law firm in a contracts/transactional support role.
  • Skills: Strong PC/Word Processing skills, including MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel; ability to work with Workshare a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and written and verbal communications skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Paralegal Certificate: Possession of a Paralegal certificate is a plus.
  • CT Notary Public Certification: Active CT Notary Public certification is a plus.
  • Media/IP Work Experience: Experience in media/IP work is a plus.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) Degree: Possession of a Juris Doctor (JD) degree but comfortable in a paralegal role is a plus.
