About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the care and safety of all residents in the nursing unit, administering and documenting medications, treatments, and other nursing services, and maintaining accurate records of resident condition. You will also have the opportunity to participate in the orientation of new staff and maintain competency in all tasks needed by CMS.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a minimum of 18 years of age, New York State LPN licensure, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic computer knowledge, PCC e-MAR experience preferred. Physical endurance for frequent activity; ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds is also required.

Estimated Salary Range: $25.75 - $28.87 per hour, depending on experience.
