Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst BCBA

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at Autism Care Partners. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, evidence-based services to children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a caseload of no more than 10 clients, providing individualized treatment plans and conducting regular progress assessments.
  • Develop and implement behavior support plans, ensuring fidelity to each client's treatment program and behavioral protocols.
  • Supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and provide instruction on correct implementation of treatment goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and support to clients and their families.
  • Attend weekly team meetings and participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education).
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification and licensure (LBA/LABA) in required states.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and maintain a variety of postures while working with clients.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows.
  • Ability to operate basic office equipment and utilize technology effectively.
