About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Willow ABA Services. As an RBT, you will play a vital role in providing home-based ABA services to families with children on the autism spectrum in Lawrence, Kansas, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement 1:1 behavioral intervention programs to individuals of all ages with autism and related disorders.
  • Collect and record data during sessions, graphing client progress.
  • Receive direct supervision under a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Abide by HIPAA guidelines.
  • Participate in all-staff trainings.
  • Demonstrate client programming for parents.

Requirements
  • Associate or bachelor's degree graduates (preferred)
  • High School Diploma (Required)
  • Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Non-RBTs (BTs)
  • Flexible full-time hours
  • Motivated and enthusiastic personalities
  • Physical expectations potentially include running, squatting, and lifting
