Key Responsibilities- Safety First: Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport containers, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Container Management: Pick up, dump, and exchange containers promptly, ensuring efficient and accurate service.
- Customer Service: Treat all customers and staff with courtesy and respect, providing exceptional service and support.
- Equipment Maintenance: Check all lubricants and fluid levels on all trucks and equipment, reporting any maintenance issues to the manager immediately.
- Accident Reporting: Report all accidents, injuries, or incidents to the manager immediately, ensuring a safe working environment.
- Administrative Tasks: Complete all required forms and turn them into the supervisor daily, maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years' Class A CDL experience.
- License: Texas driver license.
- Driving Record: Clean driving record (MVR).
- Skills: Exceptional time management, professional manner, strong ethical code, ability to multitask, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 80 pounds at a time.
- Communication: Communicate with others and exchange accurate information.
- Operational Skills: Safely operate Commercial vehicles and containers, and safely enter and exit customer locations.
- Weather Conditions: Requires working outside in all weather conditions.
