Job Title: Hub Driver

AutoZone is seeking a Hub Driver to join our team. As a Hub Driver, you will be responsible for delivering parts to and from AutoZone stores and commercial customers in a safe and timely manner.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver WOW Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to AutoZone customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Follow Company Policies: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and management direction, including fleet and safety policies.
  • Safe Driving: Comply with safe driving rules and procedures, ensuring parts are delivered on time and in excellent condition.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Properly maintain company vehicles, complete daily vehicle checklists, and report any maintenance issues.
  • Delivery Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely delivery documentation is generated and filed.
  • Store Appearance: Maintain a clean and presentable store appearance, including merchandise and vehicles.
  • Customer Assistance: Assist DIY customers between deliveries by providing product knowledge and support.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma: Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic Knowledge: Have basic knowledge of automotive parts.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and decision-making skills.
  • Lifting and Loading: Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise.
  • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, evenings, and weekend shifts.
  • Valid Driver's License: Possess a valid driver's license and meet AutoZone's driving requirements.
