Pipefitter General Foreman

Job Description:
As a key member of the Bechtel team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment by observing and influencing employee behavior to achieve the Bechtel Zero Accident objective. This includes providing feedback and consequences for safe and unsafe behavior. You will also be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints, understanding job specifications, and implementing Bechtel job procedures and work rules. Additionally, you will need to understand the work scope and integrate priorities of the project, instruct journeymen in specific craft tasks, and be knowledgeable of other craft disciplines to effect work coordination between crafts. You will also be responsible for administering and enforcing work and safety rules in a fair and consistent manner, providing timely and concise guidance to foremen, and ensuring accurate reports are submitted.

Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure a safe working environment by observing and influencing employee behavior
* Provide feedback and consequences for safe and unsafe behavior

Requirements:

* 8 years of industrial construction experience
* 4 years of supervisory experience
