  • Compile and route customer requests to the appropriate area for response.
  • May bill customers for golf services or collect fees.
  • May assist with work scheduling and other supervisory matters.
  • May handle escalated customer service calls and inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and other relevant documentation.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a recreational setting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1 year of experience in customer service in a recreational setting.
  • 1 year of experience using Point-of-sale (POS) systems and computer software.
