Key Responsibilities

  • Enforce test security protocols to maintain the confidentiality and integrity of exams.
  • Monitor students taking tests and maintain a quiet and distraction-free environment.
  • Assist Level III and IV Proctors with reception duties, including scheduling appointments and returning exams to professors.
  • Collect and organize completed exams for scanning and maintain the appearance and organization of Testing Rooms.

Requirements

  • Possess a high level of personal integrity and responsibility.
  • Exhibit excellent attention to detail and vigilance.
  • Comfortably operate Microsoft Office software and Google applications.
  • Uphold FERPA and other confidential matters.
  • Ability to work a variable number of hours per week.
