**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Create and lead activities based on observations of children's interests and needs.
  • Communicate daily with parents, documenting and sharing important milestones in their child's day.
  • Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment by following established procedures and guidelines.

**Requirements:**

  • At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required.
  • Early childhood coursework, CDA, or degree required as per state of Minnesota Administrative Rules for teacher qualifications.
  • At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
