**The Position:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Physician Recruiter/Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent in the medical field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Strategy:** Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract and engage top medical talent, including creating optimized job postings, interviewing candidates, and coordinating interviews with leadership.
  • Outreach and Partnerships:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with medical schools, residency programs, and referral partners to identify and attract top candidates.
  • Marketing and Branding:** Develop and execute marketing efforts to promote our medical group and attract top talent, including physician calls, lunch and learns, health fairs, and CEU programs.
  • Recruitment Process:** Screen applications, select qualified candidates, and coordinate the recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Business Development:** Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies to meet the needs of our organization.

Requirements:**

  • Experience:** At least 2 years of experience in physician recruitment or medical executive recruitment.
  • Education:** Bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Skills:** Strong, organized communication skills, friendly, outgoing, and warm communication style.
