RN - Definitive Observation Unit F/T Days

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate RN to join our Definitive Observation Unit team at Providence Tarzana Medical Center. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Definitive Observation Unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Provider ACLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale Certificate - NIH Stroke Scale Training Course upon hire.
- California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization within 30 days of hire.
- 1 year Nursing experience.
- National Certification in area of specialty is preferred upon hire, unless otherwise indicated.
