We are seeking a Production Operations Analyst who will employ a data-centric methodology to extract insights aimed at facilitating informed decision-making and enhancing processes vital to the company's production success. This role involves overseeing incoming data, producing and evaluating daily and monthly reports, and compiling data for various requests. The Analyst will collaborate on projects across departments to deliver clear and actionable insights for business operations and strategy, including production/sales, inventory management, and fulfillment. You will be expected to act as a strategist, identifying and proposing policies and practices based on insights derived from both quantitative and qualitative analyses. The position requires a robust statistical and analytical background, along with the ability to effectively communicate and present findings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee data collection, measurement, and analysis for all production facets, including system analysis and verification of production work orders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, analyze, and manage production activities, inventory assessments, and production levels.
- Generate comprehensive reports on sales and production metrics to highlight performance trends.
- Conduct ad-hoc research or analytics requests utilizing proprietary data and external resources to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify trends and generate actionable insights to aid key operational and strategic decisions.
- Establish and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance workflow and monitor production efficiency.
- Identify and implement efficiencies to streamline operations, minimize waste, and optimize resource utilization.
- Recommend enhancements to uphold production integrity, consistency, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with third-party software teams to address system challenges.
- Work with internal technology and analysis teams to refine data collection, processing, analysis, and sharing across R2Net.
- Conduct root cause analyses for production challenges and suggest corrective measures to prevent recurrence, working alongside operations teams as necessary.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain activities to optimize inventory levels, ensure timely availability of raw materials, and reduce stockouts.
- Engage in other ad-hoc projects as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or production/manufacturing data role preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (vlookup, index/match, if-statements, visualization tools).
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mentality, and a proactive, inquisitive approach.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with SQL and Tableau is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement practices is advantageous.

Base salary: $70,000 - $80,000. Final pay rate will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
