Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable and receivable, and bank reconciliations.
  • Financial Transaction Processing: Process and post financial transactions, such as invoices, payments, expense reports, and journal entries.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and analyze financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial reports and provide meaningful insights to management for decision-making purposes.
  • Accounts Payable Management: Monitor accounts payable functions, including verifying vendor invoices, processing payments, and resolving any payment discrepancies.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or 5 years of accounting experience.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills, including intermediate Excel, general ledger/accounting system, ERP systems, and other Microsoft Office products.
  • Soft Skills: Meticulous attention to detail, accuracy, and quality of work product; problem-solving and critical thinking skills; high degree of professionalism interacting with all levels of management; customer service oriented with excellent written and oral communication skills; organized and flexible with the ability to prioritize and work effectively on multiple tasks in a demanding fast-paced environment.
