Position Overview:
We are looking for candidates with experience in a food production setting.
This role involves overseeing the second shift, which operates from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM. The ideal candidate will have the ability to organize and facilitate maintenance on all production and facility equipment, focusing on maximizing equipment uptime and addressing quality and production-related challenges in a continuous improvement environment. This includes troubleshooting electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical issues.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in food production
- Experience in bakery operations is a significant advantage
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage a shift
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work some weekends
• Proven leadership skills to oversee a team of 10-15 associates.
